hi. i don't know why you want to hard reset your phone but i assume that you wanna hard reset your phone because you want to remove password, pattern or pin. maybe you want to hard reset it because your phone is very and you want it to be as fast as it was when you first bought it. follow the instructions given below.
to hard reset the Android smartphone you need to charge it up to 20% and remember that when you reset your phone you will lose all your data stored on the device memory so make sure you back up all data before you hard reset the phone.
switch off your Android smartphone, wait for it to be completely off. now that the phone is completely off, press and hold the power button then after one(1) second press and hold the volume up button (without releasing the power button). this will take you to the recovery mode, if it does not take you to recover mode, try power button then volume down after one second.
now that you are in the recovery mode of the Android smartphone, use volume down to scroll down and power button as enter button. scroll to wipe data/factory reset and tap enter. if your recovery mode is in chines, scroll to the option with emmc and tap enter. if it took you to a recover mode where you cannot see wipe data/factory rest, scroll to "Restore factory". you might also need to select yes and reboot your phone.
