Hi, if your mobicel device is giving you network problem follow the guide provided below.
- Check if the sim card is detected by the phone, if the sim card is not detected you will see a message on top saying "insert sim". if the sim card is not detected please remove it and insert it again in the same direction shown next to the sim slot. try a new sim card.
- Check if the phone is not blacklisted by the network service provider.
- Check if the imei number of the phone is not corrupted by dialing *#06#, if it shows "null" it means the imei number is corrupted. you need to repair the imei number using the repair apps on the google play store.
- Check if there network coverage on your area by checking if others are having network coverage on their phones.
if all the above mentioned solution does not work for you, you need to open the phone and rebuild the network line on the motherboard of the phone.
